after reading it all, this is what I think of it

first of all you should know that my english isn't perfect ^^ This manga has a boring start indeed, but I hate reading anything without ending it, and I'm glad that I did it with this one cuz the manga gets very good at the last 4 or 5 volumes. if someone spoiled the story for you then reading the manga is meaningless, so I'll just give you some good and bad points about it good points : - the art is good and you will see so much movements and nice shots that you will like - the chapters has their own fun so it isn't just " how it will ends " - there is romance and tragedy things but of course not in the first volumes - there is some comedy as well - it has many important characters and it has unexpected ending bad points : - as I said it has boring slow story at first - the fights are boring, they just use skills, defending or attacking, and then one of them rape the other and they say "wow! that person is great", it isnt life or death fights except those in the final volume note that the girls all of them are busty here, and remember if you don't like the 2 main girls "you will see them in the covers" then you don't need to read it

I never realized how large your breasts had to be to preform magic...

I found this a highly enjoyable read. The protagonist(Ai) is forced to attend a school for children with Psychic abilities. The problem is, he doesn't have any powers (as for as he knows). He is however, the son of The Vanquisher of The Dark Overlord (no pressure), who also happens to be the newest teacher Aura teacher (Aura is the term used for magical ability). Upon entering, Ai meets Boo. A psychic rabbit with a telepathic connection to Ai, who decids to help Ai realize his power and provide mostly bland comic-relief. My personal favorite aspect is Ai's forming relationship with two different girls. Orina, the childhood friend who tries to be nice, but gets blown off by Ai most of the time. And Mew, the sexy, mysterious girl who helps Ai realize his power. There is a small amount of fan-service, but nothing too big. If you enjoy romance, fantasy, or comedy mangas in general, there is absolutley no reason you shouldn't buy this.

Best book I have ever read

I read this book on a reconmendation from a friend. At first I din't think I would like it mostly cause alot of Tokyopop books have NO plots. But I was Wrong. This Is a great book. before I read this I haden't read alot of manga so fom what I new Rurouni Kenshin was the best out there. But then again I was wrong. ( I hate admitting it.) [...] The worst nudity In the first 3 vlumes is they show the 2 main girls Orina and Mew taking a bath (Not toghether people! I swear you guys have nasty minds.) But all you see is the outline of the girls....yeah. Any way the 4 has some sex related matterial. I own the first 4 volumes but from what I've previewed in the store of volume 7 is Ai and Orina start off in a hotel but they don't show a thing. The first 1-3 volumes show the friendship of Orina and Ai blossoming into love(You don't know how hard it is to write that.) and Ai and Mews friend ship.Ai and Mew end up getting toghether.(you can tell) Then 5-7 Show them as boyfiend and girlfriend. Half way throught book 7 Ai relizes how much he likes Mew and that therte made for each other. (Yeah Yeah mushy crap) but it is a good plot and story line. The best think about it is that it is a comedy and in case you haven't read it I'm giving something more a way from volume 1. The funniest person is Master Boo sceptor yad yad yad. Any way hes a rabbit who can camunicate with Ai telapathiclly(spelling?)He is they funniest person/creature who along with Mew help I learn his ability. In the first book you learn that master Boo is a perverted bunny who thinks he's a streetster(?) the funniest think I think he says is when Ai and Mew are having a sparing practice. This is what he say's "Your Ice cold, Your covered in ice cream at the north pole sipping ice tea, shaking hands witth Frosty tyher frozen-assed snow man." Her said that as Ai ran through Mews Flames. There are many wierd characters which makes it even better. So thats what I think of it but every one has different taste. Ever one I ever talked to said it rocked. so know I am waiting for the others Yeah.

A Psychic Academy Review by JOHN CAO

I loved this book and I loved the Dvd version of it better. First of all there is this kid named Ai Shiomi who goes to a school for the people who have special auras. First he didn't to go but after he heard his parents saying that Orina (A girl he liked when he was young and hasn't seen her for a long time) goes to the school as well and then he wanted to go. He's really clumsy and doesn't see were he's going and sometimes his hand's touches girl's chest. long story short He goes to Psychic Academy with his amazing powers he dosen't know he has and befriends with two hot girls ( Orina blue hair girl from his past, and a red head girl named Muyy he likes) and his brother(He is the LEGANDARY ZERO) who he dosen't really like because when he was young he'd play tricks on him. There are also people who dosen't like him later. It's better if you get the DVD version or the VCD version because its just better. I'm not sure its in the book but when all the strong aura people have the dream that there on a beach where the moon is rising slowly andthe sun is setting slowly as well. Everyone is alone except for two people (Ai Shiomi and the crying girl). Not to ruin the surprise but, ORINA is not the crying gril its somelse.( HINT:She did not give him a RED SHELL, she gave him something to do with MAGIC and it dissapears in a couple of seconds after she shows him it).

Psychic Academy

Well the book is about a student from the Psychic Academy. He can't understand why he would be put in a school for the gifted. He has no slef confidence and thinks there must be a mistake. He quickly masters basic techniques without understanding how much it takes. He still has not revealed his full power. ^.^ Of course like with any manga there have got to be chicks! There are two real pretty ones. Orina is nice and carying and Mew is distant and tough. Both have different abilities. Orina is closer to the water element and Mew to the fire. Orina as you can tell has a slight crush on Ai. (Go Ai!) Ai's too clueless to notice and thinks Orina has a crush on his older brother. It's a great manga. The first volume is a little light and fluffy, but light and fluffy can be nice. A thicker plot isn't even touched in the first volume. It's still great though.
