A disciplined, how-to.........

Too often we seek the silver bullet instead of the silver strategy. While Dr. Caroselli's work is not ground breaking in it's information, it does provide a pracitcal template for self actualization. To me, providing a process for promotion is worth several times the cost of the book.A recommended read.
