As part of the EOVEST Group's commitment to the construction of Block B.11.1 in the Vergers du Tasta ZAC in BRUGES, the general contractor DELTA CONSTRUCTION has undertaken to handle 90% of this project. The SEFISO projects on which this report focused are: * Building A * Building C Initially, my involvement with the tourist residence consisted of conducting self-inspections of the finish work lots, as well as overseeing the management of the various trades from the office. Subsequently, my work on the office and retail building took place in parallel with Building A and also involved self-inspections and on-site monitoring with the site manager for the structural work package, as well as relevant administrative oversight at the office.
