Very helpful book for my instructional staff

I found this book to be a useful tool for my small vocational school staff. It was very appropriate and informative. I liked the poster ideas and the ideas for handouts. I especially liked the part about tolerance on both the part of the student and the staff toward people that are different in any way. The only area I found exception to, was the idea on page 122, that "homosexuals" (his words, not mine) cannot make a choice about their orientation. Huh ? Mr. Diggs insists correctly in his book that students are only in school because of choices that they make. Why can't they make choices about their sexual orientation. Why is everyone that disagrees with a lifestyle or an opinion "gaybashing"? To assert that the Bible has nothing to say about this, shows that Mr. Diggs has obviously never read the Bible. I will continue to order this book and recomend it for staff reading anyway. Mr. Diggs, please do not speak in areas that you have no expertise.....stick with education of adults.
