Prelude

I thought this was a very well written novel. I felt I was learning things at the same time as enjoying the fiction of the novel. I feel women might enjoy this novel more than men and certainly young people, as the main character in the book suffers from a disfiguring skin disease for most of her young life and I think teens would be able to relate to her dilemma as she tries to fit in. This novel addresses issues that might come up in all of our lives and the answers given were very enlightening.
