She has learned many tricks and has numerous suggestions on how you can prepare for your child's birth, and she will fill in the blanks that can sometimes seem so mysterious and overwhelming. This book was written to enlighten and educate for a better Birthing experience.

Kim's first book, What Does a Doula Do? was published in 2011, and explains why hiring a Doula for your delivery can make your Birth an easier and hopefully, a shorter delivery.
