Good book for information.

This book will tell you everything you never knew about your body and what it does during pregnancy. In a way, it was good because I wanted to know everything before making the decision to start trying for kids. On the other hand, it could scare someone into not ever wanting kids at all! i told my husband that this book could be birth control in itself. His response was, then they should hand it out to fifth graders! All in all though, I thought this book was extremely helpful and a very good source of information on mostly anything you want to know about exactly what happens during pregnancy.

FANTASTIC!!!!!!

For those of you who are "visual" people and really enjoy seeing things, this is the book for you! I got this at Barnes and Noble after staring at the pregnancy books for hours..it was worth EVERY penny. I have had this open on our dining room table that we pass every morning so I can read and turn the page day by day. My husband loves it too because he is also visual like I am and enjoys seeing what is going on inside me. I bought "What to expect when your Expecting" and I have barely cracked it open compared to this book. Highly informational but also very low key, which I think is what every pregnant needs during this rollercoaster of a journey. Pick this up, you wont be dissapointed!

Best Book in Market

This is the best book in market. It explains every stage of pregnancy in detail. There are hardly any questions which is not been answered here. It explains Pain management(like aqua therapy, meditation, hypnosys etc), birth complications, Risk of each procedure, Nutrition, What to expect each week etc. Every page has High resolution ultrasound pictures of babies. The book is definately worth its cost
