fantastic information that is usually not availabe to moms

As an perinatal RN and childbirth educator this book is a must. Regardless of other books you buy, this should be your first. It is eye opening to find out the information that the book contains. Information that the average mother-to-be has been denied for decades. Information that has kept the secret to easier, safer and heathier childbirth hidden from women. Do yourself and YOUR BABY a favor read this book. I believe in what Gail says and give the book to my clients to read.

Don't be pregnant without this book!

If I had read this book while I was pregnant with my first child, I would have felt much better prepared for all the stages, particularly the birth experience. Now I can look forward to my second pregnancy with a stronger feeling of knowing more answers, and being armed with better QUESTIONS!

What a valuable book!

As a grandmother and mother of five I was delighted to read Pregnancy & Childbirth Tips by Gail J. Dahl. My thoughts were, "If only I had this information when my children were born". There is much mis-information surrounding childbirth. It is somehow the best kept secret in the world, as the power has been held in the hands of the physicians, mothers have forgotten what they inherently know. This book tremendously helps all mothers regain their confidence in their own natural instincts around childbirth. Many blessings to the author for she has done a great service to all new mothers.
