This book is so well written. On top of the many great recipes, there’s so much great information for anyone looking to tweak their diet for health reasons. There’s different monthly meal plans in the book for different health issues like thyroid, heart, or even just to help with weight loss; including a link to the website that contains the shopping list! I would highly recommend to anyone!
