PCM is a MUST Read for All Educators

This book is a great read for all prospective teachers, as well as educators currently in the field. It focuses on implementing several forms of management, including: assertive discipline and disciplining with dignity. The 3 axioms for student success (relatable to Vygotsky's ZPD) are crucial to building a positive classroom. Management techniques are focused on the student, and all suggestions are a direct result of the Constructivist theory. I would highly recommend this book!

Best book of its kind

I thought the book was very practical, and easy to understand, without a lot of technical jargon. It is apparent that the author has a lot of good experience to share.

The best book about teaching I have yet read.

It is a very practical book, and it helped me greatly during my second year of teaching. The checklists were easy to use, and very complete. I recommend Dr. DiGiulio's book to any teacher, new or experienced.
