I have found this book so completly helpful that I purchase more copies whenever I see them in used bookstores. They are perfect gifts for the interested new-comer. The work is concise, but it is all there. A great spring-board for further research.

I can only recommend this book, it is a great reference to the chakra system and how it is tied to the physical body. Joy's knowlege is very valuable, and easy to understand. A great take along book that fits nicely in your purse.

Good intro to the chakras

Nice and concise and easy to carry with you as a quick reference. These pocket guides are great; I also have one on the Tarot.
