Great for Bach flower information

There is a lot of information packed in this little book. Because it is little it would be easy to take on a trip for a good read as well. It has very good descriptions of all the Bach Flower Remedies.

A must for the beginner

As a beginner to essences, this book helped me choose what to use, and how. I use this book for human and pet needs.
