A Great Book About Enjoying Life

This book is filled with "stop to smell the roses" stories about people who find pleasure in life. This book can change one's attitude. I highly recommend it. I had a copy 12 years ago but it has since disappeared. I've been searching for a replacement on the Internet and in brick and mortar bookstores for months now without success.

A book that will bring you much enjoyment.

This is one of my all time favorite books, one that I have sent copies of to friends. It has opened my eyes to many previously unexplored ways to have an enjoyable time. It not only introduces you to many interesting and various pleasures, but it also helps you to get an idea in advance why a particular pursuit might be pleasurable. It is surprising the diversity and simplicity of things to do, found in this book, that bring a person pleasure. By simply trying out some of the recommendations one can be lead to understand what pleasure is about and how it can be obtained in ways a person probably wouldn't try if this book hadn't been read. This book truly can enrich your life as it has mine. Guilt free hedonism! My thanks to Julius Fast for sharing the good times. If it comes out in a revised edition I would definitely buy a second copy.
