Classic Plastic!

This is truly an entertaining book, with some mouth dropping information about a major credit card issuer(s) in Delaware. If you're an insider to the company who you think the writer is talking about, the fictional character names, are only some true behaviors of the real deals. Can't put the book down, once you start reading it. Excellent wit in the writing of this. Wish I knew who the 'real' Chuck Noranel is......

Would make a great movie

Part Larry David, part Office Space, part The Job From Hell, this entertaining and informative story really captures what it's like to work at a large company. Could not put it down. Highly recommended.

Great satire with great laughs!

I agree with the other reviews. This is an entertaining, informative story. I'm finishing up my MBA in business and this opened my eyes to the 'real' world.

1 Million Laughs for $14.95

A friend recommended this book. Chapter 1 starts off with a story about "dead skin clippers" and credit card collections. From there, we learn about super self-absorbed executives, plastic people and real people, all wrapped with enough laughs to make your stomach muscles hurt. A must read if you work for a bank or any large company. Fans of Office Space, The Office, The Devil Wears Prada and the like will enjoy Plastic Practice.

OK, now I know what my friends have been dealing with. I'm glad I work for a small company. This book gave me A LOT of laughs and taught me a few things as well.
