A spiral bound gem for Pilates beginners at home or on a boat!

There are many reasons that I love this book: I live and cruise on a sailboat and have found Pilates to be one of the ways I maintain my strength, balance and fitness. I love that this book is hard cover and spiral bound. I can lay it flat while doing the pilates exercises. The postures are in the order they should be performed so I don't have to figure it out on my own. The instructions are consistent and repetitive - therefore no rethinking "now what was I supposed to do?" - each page is it's own instruction. There a several pictures per posture. There are three successive workouts. There are simple explanations and instructions in the beginning - no fluff. I love it! My only suggestion would be a page at the beginning of each section (or somewhere in the book) that lists the exercises in order for each workout. Because as I get comfortable doing them (three + times a week), it would be good to have a quick reference I higly recommend this book to anyone beginning Pilates. And to any sailors wanting a fitness routine to build their strength and tone their muscles!
