This is an excellent book for all types of pies. I have used it for years but misplaced by only copy so I bought 3 more - one for home, cabin, and to travel with if I need to so I will never be without. Many recipes I have improvised to suit myself. Great advice for all types of pies. A must have for any pie maker.
