Missing shipment

The tracking was missing. There is no way to get ahold of their customer service dept. I have not received my shipment. I have not had any trouble so far. DHL was supposedly delivered my order yesterday Sept 8th at 1:00pm. I need a replacement please. This is not good shipping. HELP!
