Senske presents a tool kit for acheiving wholeness, purpose

Unlike popular self-help books, Personal Values: God's Game Plan for Life, engages the reader in mapping out the higher road to wholeness. Senske emphasizes the relationship between ethical values/actions and personal health. A wealth of meaningful material is presented in an easy to read format. The reader is encouraged to journal his or her responses to substantive questions at each chapter's end, creating one's own personal game plan. Further, the reader is uniquely invited to share insights on the author's website. In Christian terms, this book helped me to finally understand the Phillipians 2:12 scripture,"...work out your own salvation with fear and trembling", without losing the assurance of salvation by grace and not of anything I do. I highly recommend this book.
