Excellent science-based guide to perfumery

The editors of this book have compiled a collection of articles written by leaders in the field of olfactory research. As the title suggests, Biology and Psychology of scent is the focus but the studies presented reflect a wide array of approaches. One of the best scent oriented books I have read and an excellent reference for persons interested in Aromatherapy, Perfumery or Olfactory Research
