Emma Post is a force to be reckoned with. Living in a run-down studio apartment in the Lower West Side of Manhattan and earning a modest living as a figure model, she has a general "punch first and ask questions later" approach to life. Determined to find out the cause of his death, Emma enlists the help of Dennis, along with recently retired homicide-detective-turned-private-investigator, Jose Ortega to help her find answers. Unfortunately, that also means having to join forces with her old rival, Rue Brennan, and Rue's shady Cyber Forensic Consultant boyfriend, Darwin Fennec.
