A truly excellent book for those learning relaxation/meditation techniques. Has a lot of very practical advice and is written in a nice non-pretentious Australian manner - which doesn't mean it sounds like Steve Irwin. Useful for people who are ill or people who are uptight and who have heard about the mental benefits of meditation. Quite comprehensive in looking at what can actually help provide peace of mind.
