Don't judge a book by it's cover...

...in fact, don't judge a book by it's contents! I purchased this book to use the recipes, and my family says I produced the best pea soup they've ever had. Now as far as cookbooks go, THAT'S what you should judge a book by: the results. In a word, "Yum"!
