BETTER THAN MOST - GOOD MYSTERY

Lauren McCrea of Elkton, Montana rescued an injured man in a snow storm - instant attraction especially the blue-green eyes. It turns out that he becomes the father of her daughter, Sara even though they used protection. Sara of the blue-green eyes. Ethan Brand returned to Elkton eleven months later - no snow storm now - He walks into Lauren's cabin hoping to get to know her better. He just couldn't forget her and thinking of her help he through the times he spent in jail waiting for his trial. He was accused of killing his grandfather [for his money]. He has returned to Elkton to confront his grandfather's housekeeper, Hilary Johnson on why she lied at his trial. Thankfully he was acquited. But Hilary seems to have disappeared. He had just come back to his motel when suddenly Lauren screams at him - accusing him of taking Sara. Now suddenly it becomes a hunt for the kidnappers. The local sheriff is involved, then the FBI - neither of whom comes up with any answers. Now Lauren and Ethan Brand are thrown together in the search for their baby. It does become more intense as more clues are revealed. With a couple of close calls on a train ride into Canada wilds to locate a place called "Windrush" and more close brushes with the kidnappers makes for an excellent read. A close brush with death for both Ethan and Lauren lends even more excitement. Definitely Recommended --m - read it you should enjoy it.
