This book is fantastic. It targets the salon industry, but is so good, it would motivate anyone in any profession. It is filled with practical information on attitude and appearance, sales savvy, and honestly, just a lot of practical information to put into practice. A very valuable quick read.

I had a hard time placing this easy read down. Susie has opened my eyes, and restored my "Passion" for the industry.
