A Very Slow Book

I expected this book to be like the many other YA dystopian books I've read, slightly slow at the beginning for explanation but then increases speed as the book goes on. However, I genuinely could only make it half way through this book without giving up. I tried so hard to read it and hopefully enjoy it but I just simply couldn't. The characters were boring and basic, the book felt SO SLOW, and it was overall disappointing. I do think the concept is rather interesting, however, it was poorly executed.

That plot twist

This was a great book and the plot twist made me legit angry that the 1st and 3rd book in the series arrived two days ago and the 2nd is stuck in Harrisburg PA and I cant read it yet. I NEED to know what happens next. This book will keep you on the edge of your seat. 100% worth it.
