Paradise Lost

I have read the whole series and I have to say that I really like them. I would normally hate any series with this much drama, but Kate Brian writes them so well. Every other second some one is trying to kill Reed, which can get mighty annoying but very intreging. Overall a good book.

Paradise Lost is a book by Kate Brian. Paradise Lost revolves around teenage drama, and Reed Breenan is in the middle of it. Reed is a typical teenager. She has to die for friends and everything an Easton girl could ask for, except for luck. Since the first time Reed arrived at Easton drama has been chasing her. Her life has truly been a living nightmare. Paradise Lost is the ninth book in the Private series. After Cheyenne's murder had been solved, and after Reed found out whom Sabine really was she needed a break. Noelle invited Reed to the Caribbean Islands with her. But Reed didn't know if this was how she wanted to spend her Christmas Vacation but she took the chance and didn't realize the vacation would change her life forever. Reed was introduced to the "Upton Game". After she heard how to play she already knew she wasn't interested. But when she laid her eyes on Upton and saw who he really was she couldn't help but not stay away from him. Upton was everything she wasn't, rich, hot, and even popular. When Reed found herself falling for Upton she couldn't help but sink into his little circle. All the other girls who were competing with each other in the "Upton Game" gave up in a finger snap. They all knew that Reed had already won the game. Reed wasn't only winning the game, but she was also falling in love with Upton. After some girls played harmless tricks on Reed and talked about her until their tongues hurt they decided to give it a truce. When Reed found out that Upton had been with almost every girl on the trip she was speechless. She didn't know whether to still like him or stay away from him. She knew that either one would be dangerous. On the first week of the vacation Reed was introduced to Poppy Simon. Poppy obviously had feelings for Upton as well. She actually referred to him as her boyfriend. But after Upton told Poppy that they were over she took it the wrong way and ran away. No one knew where Poppy went. Not even Upton. Upton soon was falling for Reed to. They spent every part of the trip together. After Upton told Reed that he loved her, she finally was under his spell. She tried not to get tangled up into a summer fling because Josh Hollis was still in the back of her mind. She couldn't forget about him. On the final days of the trip Poppy returns but ignores Reed every time she's in the room. On casino night Reed falls in love with Upton. But it turns out that Poppy is still in love with him as well. Upton doesn't know who to choose. Will Upton choose Reed or Poppy? This is really the moment of truce and no one knows what kind of crazy answer Upton will come up with.

100 times love it!

I really loved this book. I don't know why people said they didn't like it!! So in the last book they leave you at a cliffhanger which is so annoying but leaves you wanting more. In this new addition it does the same thing! But this new book brings in new and OLD characters for you to know and love. When the sabine incident is over, reed, kiran, taylor, and noelle all decide that its time for a break so they head to St. Barths. Now there having endless parties, shopping, and boys!!!!! Reed doesnt want to fall in love.....again. But mabye thats what is in the cards..... But if you know reed then you know there's a hurricane coming. Reed gets the feeling thats she's AGAIN!!!!! But her friends thinks she's just being paranoid............. READ THIS BOOK!!!!!!!!!
