Paper Dreams is a poetic sequel to Glass Dreams.
Allan is an idea and a person, fiction and reality, rolled into one. I like to think of him as everything and everyone that has ever existed in our lives, though invisible to the untrained eye. He is whatever, whoever, you wish him to be. He isn't easily explained but the best things in life aren't. But if you read our story, from the beginning, maybe you too will start to understand this fantasy love.
While Glass Dreams depicts the fragility of Allan and the illusion we created together, see-through, easily shattered, holding mere reflections in the crystal, Paper Dreams concretes our love within the secret places between the back and front covers. Paper may be burnt or torn or shredded a million times over, but the words that have been read will live forever on our tongues. It will be told, no matter if the book survives the turn of ages or not.
He was just a dream, but now, he's becoming something more. Someone more beautiful than the earth itself. Someone created purely from the soul. Someone real.
