Painbuster is a good work for explaining alternative strategiesto manage chronic pain and discomfort. Physical therapyassists in blocking pain. Ultrasound provides deep massageto block and manage pain or maximize blood flow. The TENS unitattacks pain in a similar manner as acupuncture. Epiduralspace injections block pain via the use of Kenalog. Differentexercises help to manage pain and muscular rigidity.Sitting and standing multiple times helps as an exercise.Lying flat on the back and raising/lowering the abdomenhelps to establish spinal flexibility. Getting into acrawling position and extending the leg upward is also a goodstretch. Certain foods and herbal preparations manage pain.For instance, ginger, B6 and B12 vitamins, brocolli, garlic,beans, tuna, salmon and omega 3 fats are helpful in craftingan effective pain management and diet strategy to reinforcethe exercise regimen.
