Operation Isolation was a pure joy of a book.

Operation Isolation, by Susan Wallach I picked this book up at a used book store several years ago, and have enjoyed it thoroughly. It is about a twelve-year-old girl, Skye Webster, who decides to put herself and three of her friends into isolation for three days for a school project. But she couldn't possibly know what she was getting herself into! I appreciated the interaction between Skye and her friends. Each girl had her own, believable personality. It was also interesting to see how the isolation affected them. There were some unforeseen circumstances the girls had to handle, too! Overall, this is a winner of a book.
