This book has been over 20 years in the making, baking and decoration; from the beginning of an ending, came the pain and love to hold on and persevere through the heart s broken pieces to wholeness again. My aim and heartfelt wishes are to help and gently guide the broken-hearted to journey alongside my journey and to bring to light the buried pieces of your soul and give you a sense of hope and belief that love is never lost and is yours to cherish and keep. This is the kind of book that you ll need to stop along the way to realise and release the feelings that come up for you and this is where the hearts come in. You can pause awhile along the journey, and even colour in the hearts on the way to reveal your feelings with the colours that you are drawn to. At the end of the book are some blank pages for any notes and insights you may have of your own and you can chart how you felt at the beginning, and then at the end of the book. Some poems you'll notice, will hit home and some will hit hard and then there are some which will make you smile and even chuckle a bit. All done though in the name of love. Along the journey be gentle with yourself as you grow wiser, more noble and true to yourself as you remember that others have walked your path before - and will do so again. This story is about any of us; maybe not the whole of your stories, but some of the stops along the way will resonate with you and in some way, help to heal those parts that deserve to feel love again.
