Let Africa turn towards itself, and let it live according to its own rhythm. It is not a question of being in autarky, but in autonomy. The great civilizations were able to choose, at a given moment, the links they maintained with the global dynamic, their mode and their modalities of insertion in this dynamic, according to the objectives they had set themselves.
