Everybody likes a sad story with a happy ending. This is that kind of story except it is not all story. Oliver was rescued from hanging on a fence one cold February night a few years ago. That is true. His back legs were the only thing touching the ground. He was shivering, scared and crying for someone to come and help him. That is true. Instead, some rescuers wanted to shoot him because of his breed. That is also true.

Kind people took him away from harm only for him to face more fears. Again, this is true. He was neutered but his scar runs almost the length of his body. That is also true. Oliver has more scars than the vets who now take care of him can count. He was taken away from the kill shelter and put where they could not find him. Yes, that is true. The rest of the story, well, read for yourself how Oliver now lives a happy life within his forever home.
