In a dystopian world where the government seeks to create the ultimate soldiers, Project Metamorph is born. Using prisoners as test subjects, they create an army of cyborg super soldiers, enhanced warriors designed to enforce control and eliminate threats. Among them, a new experiment is commissioned-Tirael, the first of his kind, subjected to an experimental gas meant to push the boundaries of human evolution.

The government believed the process would kill him, so they never installed the usual brain chip to control him. When he survives, they deem him an anomaly and order his execution, intending to use his remains for future experiments. However, they fail to realize that Tirael has full control over his abilities-an ability to absorb and transform into any element he comes into contact with.

As they attempt to terminate him, Tirael awakens to his full potential, effortlessly overpowering his captors. Recognizing the threat he poses, the government sends an entire platoon of cyborg super soldiers to capture or kill him. But Tirael is no longer just a man-he is something more.
