Behavioral problems during school age children are the strongest predictor of more serious problems in adulthood such as antisocial behavior, academic failure, emotional disturbances and delinquency. the characteristic behavior problems - impulsivity, hyperactivity, aggression and antisocial features, withdrawal, dysphoria and anxiety are considered as "Behavior disorders otherwise not specified", such behavioral and emotional disorders have an onset usually occurring in childhood and adolescence. Children were assessed for the behavior status. Detailed information about demographic profile, anthropometric assessments, general health status, childhood history, eating pattern, parent child relationship, nutritional knowledge, food intake, clinical assessment and biochemical assessment were obtained using structured and unstructured questionnaires. Growth study was conducted for a period of one year on selected normal children and children with behavior problems.
