Dr. Douglas N. Graham's ideas make total sense and really work! Clear mind, happy mood, boundless energy, high performance come from eating/living in this sensible simple way. Your body will love you

This book is not just for serious athletes, although it will help them tremendously. It is about living a long-term healthy lifestyle that includes a lot of physical activity. When I follow Graham's nutrition plan, I wake up in the morning and feel like doing pull-ups; I just have to use my muscles. Going to yoga is blissful, and I've started running just because it feels good. Graham doesn't just tell you what to do, he talks about why he makes a recommendation. For me, this makes it a lot easier to incorporate his advice in my day-to-day life. A brilliant book, highly recommended.

Simple, and debunking myths

Every sentence that Doug writes in this book is a treat to read. Its like when we read spiritual books and get the ah! moments. You will get the ah! moments through all the chapters of this book. Reading this book makes us realize that many of the concepts of nutrition and fitness that we have grown up with are sheer myths and need to be debunked. This book opens up your eyes and mind to tried and tested concepts that have worked each and every time as per the laws of nature and the laws of science! Cover to cover this book takes just an hour or two to finish. But the concepts shared last a lifetime, and when practiced diligently produce results in the shortest span! I love this book.
