Big Pharma shill

I gave this book a two star because the content within was almost the opposite of the title. While there was tid bits of useful info along with common knowledge regarding vitamins and herbs the entire book steers you away from time tested benefits of things like Bee pollen, seaweed and vitamin C. I'm finding that the pharmaceutical companies are behind the almost condemnation of natural healing properties of essentials provided by nature.
