A lovely young woman he knows is secretly a member of one of these organizations, which wants to court him as a potential member.Montreal's brutal leader Alexi is met by his old friend Matilda Epstein. She brings news from Russia that forces him to rethink the defences of the French city. When Toronto Mayor finds out she's around, the Chevy Brothers host the pair as Alexi and Matilda struggle with a complicated attraction that ends in violence.
