About the Author

A former picky eater herself, Robin Hensch, RDN (registered dietitian nutritionist) wanted to write books that teach nutrition-related topics to children. Growing up, she didn't really have any nutrition education until high school, where it was simply "fast food = bad." It wasn't until college and starting work that she ventured out, tried new things, and really learned about nutrition.
