Practical. Gets to the point quickly. Immediately useful.

Not an academic tome by any means, this book provides very direct, uncomplicated and immediately applicable advice for any person in a sales or persuasion situation who has no time to waste. Although it's a how-to-sell book, it's refreshingly light on the little stories that always end with "..., and he made the sale." Purists may regard it as oversimplified. Those who want immediate usefulness will regard it as well simplified.(Note: This review applies only to the first 2/3 of the book. The last 1/3 of the book, of which I didn't read but 1/2 page, is in smaller font, and contains a fairly complete-appearing and very boring instruction suitable for sales training or fishwrap or something, I suppose.)
