A funny, candid, New York Times bestselling memoir from the former lead guitarist of the legendary rock band KISS, Ace Frehley. The legendary guitar god who exceeded all limits and lived to tell takes... This description may be from another edition of this product.
We’re losing the pioneers of rock at a quickening pace, but we have to remember this classic rock temple didn’t build itself. Ace Frehley was there at a turning point, when theatricality and showmanship became as much of the production as composition. He shredded with authority, often overlocked as a guy in makeup in costume, but all the guitar heroes knew he was the real deal. He came out of nowhere and leaves a legacy, an equal creator of KISS. His story is worth reading. His life was a heck of a rollercoaster ride. The licks he leaves us will stay in our heads as long as the songs continue to get airplay.
This is the funniest sad book I have ever read
