A great mystery, and a winner of the Mystery Writers of America presents the fiction novel *No More Magic.* It starts as a mystery when Chris's green bike magically disappears on Halloween night. Its up to him to find out who stole his bike and where it is? Their left with few clues that do not make sense, but when chris sees someone riding his bike in the sky he believes its magic. "is it magic?" "Who stole the bike?" will he figure all this out when he's left with only few people that believe him. This is for you to find out. I think Avi wrote this book to give kids confidence and to let them now that you have got to find the facts before you accuse. This book is a good recommendation for older elementary students and middle school students This is a great book for both girls and boys. It tells you to think what you want to think when no one else in the world believes you. No More magic is a great book with an awesome story.

NO MORE MAGIC Do you like books about magic or mystery? If you do so then this is a good book for you. This book is about a boy named Chris and his best friend Eddie. Chris and Eddie celebrate Halloween together. Chris and Eddie's costumes are of super heroes. They both rode their bikes and went down town. When they got to town Chris got distracted for a moment and somebody stole his bike. Who stole Chris's bike? You will have to read the book to find out. This story took place in Massachusetts in1999. The genre of this book is fiction. The author didn't use any flashbacks. I recommend you this book if you like magic because this is a great book about magic. I connect this genre to realistic fiction, because is also fiction but in realistic fiction the story could be real. I connect this book to the Narnia collection, because is also about magic. The author used some metaphors like: the sky is like the ocean. The author didn't changed his style of language he just used English. I felt really happy that Chris founded his bike. NO MORE MAGIC IS A GREAT BOOK WRITTEN BY AVI. IN MY OPINION, NO MORE MAGIC IS ONE OF THE BEST BOOKS I HAVE EVER READ. THIS BOOK IS ABOUT A BOY NAMED CHRIS AND HIM GETTING HIS MAGIC BIKE BACK. AVI WRIGHTS FICTIONAL NOVALS. ANYBODY WOULD ENJOY THIS BOOK. THIS BOOK IS WORTH 5 STARS.

Man, Avi writes good suspensful books.It creats a lot of suspense in the book.I really liked this book.You should read it. You'll like it.It is a mystery book. I really like books that Avi makes.

This was a great mystery, appropriate for kids of all ages!

I enjoyed this book very much. I like stories where there is a hint of magic mixed in with realism. The subject matter was good: about a boy's stolen bike. Sometimes I don't like to see kids' books with murder and mayhem in them. Yet even though it was purely kids' subject matter, the kid characters were interesting and well rounded, the adults believable, and the story intelligent. Lots of fun!
