I am currently a student under the Black Dragon art (Master Hei Long's style) and found this book to be a great addition to the worlds most powerfull and practical martial art.

Good, very good

This book really does give a lot of info that, without even having practiced yet, actually make sense. So if you want to get those slamming punches, buy the book. Now all I need is a good punching bag...

An excellent book that shows many different punches.

This book is an excellent book for people who want to learn the correct ,proper , body mechanics for maximizing power . not only does it teach punches , but backfists , sutos , and many more. Great Job Master Long!
