A Good Sequel.

Gil McNeil creates a logical and fun sequel to her first book, The Beach Street Knitting Society and Yarn Club. Her main character,Jo, continues with her adjustment to her new life with some interesting twists and turns! I recommend that the first book is read FIRST, or the reader will be missing some very important background information. A fun, light read with a sense of humor!

Even Better Than the First Book

I'm glad I picked up the second installment of this series. It was a continuation of Jo's story, of trying to raise two kids on her own, dealing with the death of a spouse, a failed marriage and starting over. I hope the series continue. I loved this book!

Empowering read

I loved this second chapter in Jo's life. It is a very motivational read. I did not find a lot of profanity at all. It ended a bit early for me... I guess there will be another book soon.
