Jill Keene walks into a 24-hour store outside St. Isidore. It's the middle of the night.
It's a store named: Beer.

Drew's behind the counter reading skin magazines. Drew looks up and recognizes Jill immediately. Who wouldn't? The teenager's picture is plastered on every milk carton in the store's cooler.

Drew offers to help Jill.

But before Drew can, a tall, thin man with too many joints in his arms and hands to be human appears in the store and takes Jill away.

Drew tries to stop the man they call The Preacher.

Now Drew is gone, too.

Jill and Drew will never return to St. Isidore - at least not the way they were before that night in the store named:

Beer.

And they're not the only ones.

People aren't vanishing from St. Isidore.

They're being taken.
