This is a great book because it shows detailed mechanisms, different applications, valuable information regarding the named reactions, and is has the references right below the reaction so you can go look them up. The reason I gave it four stars and not five is because it does not have all of the named reactions (however what book would), and it does not have any appendices eg an alphabetical list of abbreviations ie DMF or DBAF. Some named reaction books do.
