PS: Images in this book were all created in Canva with a combination of AI image generation tools and my own digital editing skills. I understand some may find using AI to assist in illustrating to be cheating. I can see how one would come to that conclusion. However, a few important things to note:

1. 0% of my writing involves AI. I think that should be stated. All of the research, wording, and articulation was done by me. I'm fairly picky when it comes to my writing. No judgment on those who use AI to assist with editing, rewording something delicate, and/or making something sound more professional.
2. For those who think AI image generation is easy, I challenge you to try making a book like this. Creating about 30 images all matching one another in style and artistic flair is not as simple as one may think. For this book alone, I created over 500 images, with the pages in print being the ones I liked the best.
3. There is some skill involved with AI. AI's ability to perform the tasks you require is directly dependent on you, the user, knowing how to ask good questions. In the case of AI image generation, it's knowing how to create good prompts. Hence the 500+ images not making the cut. Some of my prompts were quite lengthy and detailed. Here's an example: "Create an image of 19th century men on horseback riding with plateaus in the background. Have the image look like a Van Gogh painting with swirls in the sky, vibrant colors, and an oil-painting style." Even then, you'd be surprised how many images Canva created with a redhead Van Gogh type figure riding on a horse.
4. Someone left a comment on my Amazon page stating using AI image generation is art theft. I'm not certain how this person came to their conclusion. It's not like I took existing Van Gogh artwork and used it in my book. I can see how someone would think using AI in any way is cheating, but that's not the same as theft.
