A wonderful weaving of worlds

This was the first book in along time I have actually gone back and read again in the same weekend. I enjoyed the Goblins and hope to read more of there world "Mimic for President". I would recomend this book as a fine read with a pint of dwarven ale and a pouch of old toby. This series is definately going to be gracing the shelves of my collection. Mystic Warrior promises trilogy will be great entertainment

I thoroughly enjoyed Mystic Warrior. The different worlds are distinct and unique and the characters are clearly differentiated. Lots of action. Cool plot. Thought-provoking struggle between good and evil. It's easy to see that there will be enough story for the trilogy, but the authors don't leave you hanging at the end of the first book without some sort of wrap-up. Can't wait for the next one. Way to go Tracy and Laura.

Imaginitive and Epic

Mystic Warrior is an excellent story about three worlds that were actually the same world. The intricate plot follows the fortunes of an avatar on each of the three worlds, tying them together in a magical convergence where they learn to master the powers that connect the three worlds. As politics, war, and intrigue engulf the heroes, they must let go of all they think they understand about their world or be swept under by the tide of advancing magic. Mystic Warrior is a deep, fascinating story set on interesting worlds. The plotting is intricate and the politics are real. I can see why many people don't get this story. There are layers to it that defy a casual reading. It may be going a bit far to say this is the next Tolkien or Jorden, but it has that epic feel to it. Read and enjoy.

Great Book!

I don't know where all these reviewers came from, but they do not know what they are talking about. It is a great Book, I enjoyed every minute of it and I can't wait till the next one. Any one know when the next one is? I would definitely recommend it!

fine fantasy

Three different worlds exist in different dimensions but what happens in one world affects the other two.In the world of humans and dwarves, the seven dragons rule. An annual festival is held in which those that are mad or have Deep Magic are taken away from their homes never to be seen again. Galen Arnold hears inanimate objects talk and visits other realms in his dreams and he is caught by the Inquisitor and brought to a central location where others like him are trained to fight in a war that the general populace doesn't know exists.The Titans once ruled another world but all that is left is machines that don't work and books that are used for burning. The goblins want to fix these machines but the only one who has an affinity for them is Mimic who rises to power.Queen Tatayna's world of faery is besieged on two fronts. In the north the centaurs and satyrs struggle to take control; while Lord Pheor in the south plans to overthrow her highness and marry her daughter to become the ruler.
