My World of Astrology by Sydney Omarr

This book, written in 1965, is still one of the most informative, well written books on the subject. Sydney Omarr is a Master Astrologer. This book not only teaches us about Astrology, it also teaches about the history of Astrology. Written with style, grace and humor it covers everything from the basics to the most intricate in an easy to read format. I purchased one printed in 1965, I don't know if there has been a reprint. In 1965 all the computations and calculations were done by hand or with the help of very simple calculators and Astronomy didn't have the use of computers and high tech devises it now uses, so it incorporates what they knew at the time making a few planet placements a little vague. Today, 32 years later there are more accurate and more detailed charts of exactly where each planet was positioned at the time of your birth. Also, since the edition I purchased was 32 years old, it didn't have the computations for many planet positions within the last 25 years or so. I believe this to be the finest Astrology book written. I'd like to see it reprinted with the up to date charts of the planetary and moon positions if it this hasn't already been done.
