I have had the best life a person could ask for, in
spite of the tragedy that befell me at the young age
of eight.

I have lacked for nothing. I have been spoiled, but
was raised to appreciate all the blessings I've
received.

In just a few months, I'll graduate college with a
teaching degree in elementary education. I'll have
absolutely no student loans.

My future is looking bright with endless
possibilities.

But tragedy has struck again. I cling to my faith in
God, praying that I'll have the strength to survive
this tragedy and to thrive.
