The illustrations save the day!

Illustrations are terrific, thankfully. The story line is very weak. What child knows what BFF stands for? This book had great potential but falls very short in me recommending to anyone to buy for a child. I was going to return it but my husband really likes the art work, which is really lovely, so I will keep it and add to our children's books collection. We have a few families who come to visit with young children. We can explain what a BFF is to them!
